Sahnisi​ – Porolithos

It is located on the first floor and is accessible through a wooden staircase. Two-part room that can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children. The staircase of our second courtyard with the 14 steps leads to the living room with the outside side consisting of three double-sashed wooden bay windows, with natural light spreading everywhere..

Its ceilings are wooden with French-style roof tiles, just as it was in the good old days. In the living room there is a handmade solid iron sofa bed suitable for 2 children.
However, it is possible to add a baby cot, too.
The bedroom is on the inside. It has a handmade queen-sized bed of solid iron. It separates from the living room with a patio and there are also a total of three large and three smaller windows.

A wooden handmade wardrobe as well as a mirror are added to the already beautiful space bringing the past into the present. Its French windows are wooden, an integral part of Greek architecture with respect to every detail and modernization in tradition..

The glazing is of Clima Guard Premium type based on energy requirements. Its floor is of old wood of Italian origin. In the beautifully decorated high-ceilinged bathroom, the shower column and the battery in combination with an amazing, unique, old marble washbasin add to its beauty.

Booking terms

Guests must be at least 18 years of age to check-in with their ID or passport.

Guests should inform Porolithos accommodation in advance of their expected arrival time.

They may use the ‘special requests’ field when booking or contact us directly for any clarification or request.

Arrival day is charged even when the guest arrives very late (or after 24:00) .

Arrival after 23:00 is charged with an extra fee of Euro 35 payable in cash upon arrival.

On the day of departure the room must be empty by 11:00 due to COVID-19 

After 11:00 things are transferred from the room to the storage area at the front desk.

The property accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Maestro, with a reserved amount prior to arrival.

Booking a room at our accommodation is completed with a deposit of 25% of the total cost of accommodation.Upon payment, booking is confirmed by the hotel and is a binding agreement.

If the reservation will be cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

If the reservation will be cancelled from 14 up to the day of your arrival, the guest will be charged the total price.

For early departures (cancellations made during the stay and prior to the predetermined date) the guest will be charged the total cost of the stay.

The non-arrival of the guest which is after the period indicated on the day of arrival is considered as non-appearance and consequently any deposit or payment made is lost and the room is now considered free and available to the booking department.

All rates are for two guests, per night including breakfast and all taxes.

For every additional adult there is an extra cost of 50% of the total amount per night.

Additional services are not automatically calculated on the final amount and must be paid separately during the stay or departure. The collection of the amount will be due in any legal way.

The guest should not disturb the privacy of the other residents in the room and should behave appropriately to both our staff and other guests.

Otherwise the accommodation has the right to remove him/her without any obligation to compensate him/her.

Should the reservation be cancelled by our accommodation due to exceptional circumstances only, you will be reimbursed in full for the amount paid and if the guest so wishes, an attempt will be made so that he/she stays in a similar accommodation.

The accommodation bears no responsibility and does not pay any damages in cases of force majeure that will affect its operation.

Each room has storage space for valuable items and money and the accommodation is not responsible for damages due to loss.

The objects of the rooms as well as the common areas are listed.

Any damage or theft of objects from the premises will require compensation, otherwise this will be achieved by any legal means.

Entrance to the hotel is strictly for registered guests.

Baby cots and baby feeding chairs are subject to availability at any time and are provided free of charge upon request.

Every child up to 18 years is charged with an extra Euro 40 per night.

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking is prohibited in all areas.
